Welcome to SAN ISP LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, hosting services, VPS hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration services, and all related products and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By purchasing or using any service provided by CrestHost, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and customers of our services.
2. Services Provided
CrestHost provides shared hosting, VPS hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, cloud hosting, and related web services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited emails
- Hosting illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
- Distributing malware or engaging in hacking activities
- Using excessive server resources affecting other clients
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Payments and Billing
All services must be paid in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. Pricing is subject to change at our discretion, but changes will not affect active billing cycles.
6. Domain Registration
Domain registration services are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective domain registry authorities. CrestHost is not responsible for domain expiration due to failure to renew on time.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain maximum uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
CrestHost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, access to your services may be immediately revoked.
10. Refund Policy
CrestHost offers a refund policy for eligible hosting services. If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with consumer protection requirements and our payment provider’s mandatory refund policy.
The refund period may vary for certain promotional offers or service types, but it will never be less than 14 days for eligible hosting services. Customers are advised to review the refund eligibility details provided during checkout or contact our support team for clarification.
Refunds apply only to hosting services and do not apply to domain registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates, setup fees, administrative fees, or any third-party services. Domain names once registered are non-refundable as per registry policies.
Consumer Right to Cancel: If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your hosting service within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the completion of the transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must submit your cancellation request before the 14‑day period ends.
Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
11. Data Backup
While we may perform routine backups, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. CrestHost is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the CrestHost website are the property of CrestHost. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrestHost from any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business and digital service regulations.
